There are other timed 5Ks than Parkrun! And this one has a 9.30 start time! No registration required - just turn up and get a time at the end.
If you need group motivation to get you up and out on a Sunday, join us for a 2K or 5K walk or run. Friendly, supportive and non-competitive, for kids to 80+
There'll be time for a coffee and to watch the water skiers afterwards, before heading to a good deed at Tipner. And all before Sunday lunch, followed by a doze before firework night - what's not to like!
