A total of 26 GoodGymmers helped Regather out on a return visit to Lynwood Gardens. We welcomed new recruit Chris Wojciechowski before running to our destination via The Moor.

We met Wonderful Gareth on arrival, and split into 3 teams...

  • Team Shovel
  • Team Shift
  • Team Spread

Whereupon we set about covering a large area of path in the gardens with wood chip, even moving on to other sections so as to get through the whole pile just in time. A brilliant effort from everyone, and thankfully dry - unlike our last visit!

We then said our goodbyes (until next time), heading back to base. On the way we did:

  • Follow my leader sprints
  • Wall sit challenge
  • Fartlek hill intervals

We covered just over 5k on our run to and from the gardens.

...Before stretching and heading to the bar for a bit of well earned socialising.

Next week we make a welcome return to help out Heeley People's Park.
