Planting and Strimming at the Railway Village Museum

We have been asked by the Mechanics Institution Trust to do some planting and strimming at the Railway Village Museum in Central Swindon. The garden is on the smaller side so only six are allowed at this task, but it's a great one so please do sign up if you can make it THIS TUESDAY EVENING!

The whole of the Railway Village is having a revamp thanks to some support and funding by partners including Swindon Borough Council. So you will see more tasks within the Railway Village popping up over the next couple of months ahead of Heritage Open Day on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September.

Are you are keen gardener and love a bit of planting? Or are you just keen to turn up and do your bit? Either way - we would love to see you at the Railway Village Museum on Tuesday 😊

The Small Print:

• Only those that sign up online can attend this task.

• Please bring gardening gloves, a face covering, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser should you wish to use these.

• Please bring Jaffa Cakes - Simon loves these 😂
