On Human Rights Day (10th Dec) 2020, Coventry GoodGym will be joining thousands of people from 195 countries to run, walk or move their body for one hour at 7pm local time. Whether you run a 10k in your local park with friends or walk around the dinner table due to lockdown restrictions, everyone is invited.

We are uniting #EveryHuman and we are going BIG. If you believe in ending discrimination in all its ugly forms, then join us - all you need to do is sign up!

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.

This event is organised by your Taskforce, a group of experienced GoodGym members in your area, they are not responsible for your safety. You should feel confident to participate in the event as it is described and you do so at your own risk.
