The team at Chelwood Nursery School would like GoodGym help with finishing off their sensory garden project in time for an event next week. Working with parents and using grant money from a charity, the school has created a new garden area for two-year-olds – including wooden platforms in trees! – and now the muddy ground needs covering with bark chippings. The task will involve loading wheelbarrows with bark from bulk bags outside the school gates and moving it to the garden for spreading.
Chelwood is a state nursery school in Brockley with an ‘open air’ philosophy and large grounds for outdoor play.
If you can join the team, please sign in at the school reception and if possible bring gardening gloves.

The school has been delivered wood chippings instead of bark so this task will be rearranged once the correct delivery is received.
