Urban Growth Learning Gardens is a social enterprise that improves the well-being of Londoners through providing education, employment & environmental transformation.

This should be a fun one! Urban Growth, who get community gardens up and running, have asked us for a hand getting a load of 40kg bags of compost up on top of the Pop Brixton 3rd floor terrace.

  • Wheelbarrowing the bags to the bottom of the staircase

  • Making a chain up the spiral staircase

  • Emptying the bags into the planters

This will be a great whole body workout (remember to lift from the legs) but a fab way to start the day!

Please bring gardening gloves and a mask. ๐Ÿงค๐Ÿคฟ

Meet at the Pop Brixton car park entrance (down to the right of the entrance) at 8.15am.
