Moving an armchair downstairs for Ms I

GoodGym has been asked by Guy's and St Thomas's Hospital to help Ms I with a task at home. There is a sofa armchair which needs to be carried downstairs and left outside of the property for council collection. Red Cross have informed us that the home is quite cluttered, but space has been cleared to get the armchair out of the flat. There is a lift available, but you may have to move the furniture downstairs as Ms I lives on the first floor.
