Welcome to GoodGym Coventry!

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.

🎗️Who are we supporting?

Carriers of Hope; This is a Coventry based charity dedicated to helping asylum seekers, refugees and Eastern European migrants in the Coventry area. First and foremost, they provide practical support by recycling good quality items donated by the general public and giving them to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in need in Coventry
