Who this task will support
The GreenHouse Project
Everyone knows gardening and exploring London’s green space keeps you fit, but spending quality time outdoors can also have enormous benefits for mental wellbeing, personal development and recovery. As well as the chance to learn practical skills, and link the food growing we do with cooking and promoting a healthy diet, our GreenHouse sessions help people reduce isolation and build confidence from being part of something. GreenHouse works to help people connect with their environment, to appreciate, care and cultivate growth for themselves as well as our gardens and green spaces.

What is the task?

An indoor/outdoor task, litter picking around the perimeter of the allotment.

Where will we meet?

At the Trencherfield Allotments directly (at the Higham Hill Rd entrance)

Further details

Please bring head torches and gloves if possible and make sure to wrap up warm!! Litter pickers and rubbish bags will be provided.
