Kenyan Hill Repeats at Parliament Hill

Back by popular demand (especially after our long lockdown period)!

Trainer Simon will be leading a group training session up the beautiful location of Parliament Hill. "Kenyan Hills" are a fantastic way to condition runners to adapt to gradients, inclines and declines. We will be following a 1 km loop (with a sharp up and down) over a set duration of time, and allowing a rest period for recovery in between.

We will begin with a warm up (getting the full body in motion before taking on the session).

The session will be as follows:

10 minutes running on loop, 3 minutes rest (walking or total rest) x 3

39 minutes total duration- 30 minutes running, 9 minutes recovery.

Coffee at Parliament Hill Cafe (or other local establishment) afterwards!

Sign up by 6:00pm on Saturday 15th August so we can let Simon know who to expect.

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
