You must register directly with Park Run to take part in this task. You do not need to register separately for volunteering. They will provide you with a bar code & you must bring this on the day.
You don’t need any experience of parkrun, junior parkrun or of volunteering. There are a range of roles to choose from, and many of them can be combined with walking or running too.
Laura, the Area Activator will contact Park Run nearer the time & tell them who to expect on the day.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
