June Journey!

30 days of joy!

This is a bespoke challenge that you will set for yourself. Can you achieve something specific with your running by June 30th?

5km in a specific time? Run a certain distance? Run every day? Rack up a certain number of miles?

Pick your target, email it to me (huw@goodgym.org) or post in on the Facebook group and I'll add it to a list below here and let's see if we can hit our targets!

If anyone wants help or advice with training plans etc feel free to ask.

Let's make June joyful!

Huw - run (or walk if the injury doesn't go away) 5k every day in June

Huw 2 - run 5k with 90 seconds of PB time

Steve - run 200km in June

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
