We aim to motivate and encourage members to feel valued as individuals and to gain knowledge and awareness so that they may enjoy and maintain a good quality of life. We provide day care service, luncheon club, transport to pick up and drop off, computer courses, keep-fit sessions, chair exercise classes, sing-a-long, domino competitions, TV lounge, day trips, group holidays, social events, advice and information, health and wellbeing workshops and many fundraising activities.

Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.

The Hadhari Project is a registered charity that provides older people, mainly from (but not limited to) the African and Caribbean community the chance to get together and join in welfare, educational, social and recreational activities.

We'll be helping the charity by clearing the communal outdoor garden space.

Please bring along anything like a garden rake, brush and pruners as there are limited items available for us to use.

Wear old clothes and feel free to bring gardening gloves to wear.

There is a car park we can use and a place for bikes to be stored for anyone cycling to this Mission.

The task owner is looking for up to 5 volunteers for this task.

This is a very welcoming venue! Just to let you know that the car park is off-road, and to the rear of the building.

Postponing this as there aren’t any signups and I needed to let the task owner know in plenty of time that it wouldn’t be going ahead.
