Rotary Club of MordenThe Morden Rotary Club organises a Santa sleigh tour in Merton each year in partnership with a different local organisation/charity each night. The sleigh plays festive music while volunteers knock on doors and collect donations.
We will helping with supporting the session in aid of Faith in Action which will start at the railway bridge on Hillcross Avenue, Morden at 5.45pm with a briefing. We have two our Taskforce team members (Jade and Rachael) lined up to collect hi-vis and buckets for those GoodGymers who will joining a little later and will share location details via a Whatsapp group (details to be provided a day or two before the session).
A few advance instructions: • Bring a Santa hat along if you have one. • Be sure to wear clothing suitable for the conditions, and wear comfortable shoes as we will be walking between for about 2 hours. • A torch is also recommended. • Please be careful crossing roads, don’t enter properties or get isolated from the main group etc. • Please look out for each other including non GoodGym volunteers and try to keep together. • Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
