GoodGym will be at the National Running Show over the weekend of 21st-22nd January. The event takes place from 9am-5pm.

The central team will have a stand and are looking for some volunteers just to help out for a short time. You’ll also get chance to talk about GG to people who visit the stand.

If you’d like to come along and help out or just spend the day at the show and pop over to say ‘hi’ please do sign up to the mission. If you would like to help out at the stand please could you email Jonny at jonny@goodgym.org and let him know your email address so that it can be passed on to the central team, who’ll get in touch regarding arrangements for the days.

The show is on both Saturday and Sunday, but please feel free to come to either days for whatever time you’d like too. Both days are listed as individual missions, so please sign up to the day you wish to attend :)
