We will meet at The Forum at 6pm and head on a 3km each-way run/cycle. For those wanting to walk or just meet at the task, we will arrive at Eaton Park (Band Stand) around 6.30pm.
Please bring your own gloves.
There will be no baggage drop at The Forum, but you can leave belongings in my vehicle.

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Hello.
Due to the weather warnings of heat on Monday, GoodGym have made the decision to cancel all groups on that day. I have tried to liaise with the task owner but they can't do any other evening next week, so sadly there will be no task next week.
Drink plenty of water and eat lots of ice cream ;-)
