Help Fix Ms E's Oven/Grilll door hinge that has come out of groove (wk2)
Ms E is unable to use either the oven or the grill at this time. She lives alone, her family are over seas and her health is not great.

12:00 - 13:30Portsmotuh City Council have asked us to help Ms E's. The grill door on her oven has a hinge that has seized and come out of its groove. This door is now resting on the oven door and only secured by one hinge. Repairs are over £100 and new ovens/getting it fitted would be even more so she was hoping someone else might be able to help. She knows that this might not be able to be fixed but would be grateful to anyone who could look. She lives in a flat with lift access
She has a screwdriver and if upon arrival you see something else is needed, we can feedback to the referrer who can supply it for a repeat mission.
