All abilities Welcome

CHANGE OF LOCATION!!

We will now be linking in with the London Grown task which is not too far from the original location. Start time is the same (please arrive promptly) and we will still be doing the taster session / short run but the task will be on a bigger scale. The task itself is to prepare London's biggest grow space and It'll be GoodGym's largest good deed yet.

Let's do this!!!

Click Here for full details on the mammoth task

Here's your perfect opportunity to experience one of the most exciting and rewarding ways to volunteer in London. Double up and be good to yourself while being good to the local community. No brainer, right?

Join us for a short run followed by some much needed group grafting at one of the nicest garden centres in Haringey. We'll be meeting at the centre for 9:30am do a quick briefing before warming up and hitting the road for a nice little 1k run and on our return we'll get stuck into some physical volunteering on the grounds of the garden centre. We'll then hit the road again for another 1k run then warm down to finish. It's amazing what a good deed and some exercise can do for your weekend, week, month and year. It could all start here #GetInvolved

And remember - Improve your wellbeing by joining us every Wednesday at Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, 1 Phillip Lane, Tottenham, N15 4JA for a run and physical task helping projects in the borough of Haringey. We meet at 6.45pm and start running at 7:00pm. We work hard on a physical task for 30 to 45 minutes, then we all run back to the start venue by 8.30pm. We support each other - no body is left behind.

Lockers and changing rooms are available at the centre. Please bring a £1 coin for the locker.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

2km total distance

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
