Final cross country race of this season!

Location

Date and time

Sunday, 1st of March 2020

CANCELLED This race has been cancelled due to the excessive rain :-( See you in October for the next season of the Gwent League!

The Gwent League cross country season is made up of five races over the winter (October to March). You don't need to attend all the races, you can come to as many or as few as you like. Race distance is about 6km for women and 10km for men. It's off road and may be muddy. Suitable for anyone, you don't need to be fast! (but you do need to be a member of the Race Team). It's always a great atmosphere and lots of fun 😊

The fifth and final race of this season is in Swansea at Singleton Park on Sunday 1 March 2020.

The women's race starts at 1pm and is 6.6km. The men's race starts at 2.30pm and is 9.9km. Details of the course and venue are available on the Gwent League website here - https://www.gwent-league.org.uk/2019/fix195.htm

I'll aim to be there with the team tent set up by about 12pm.

The entry fee is £5 per person (£4 race entry + £1 contribution to team registration fee), payable in cash on the day.
