Gwent League Cross Country - Swansea

Final cross country race of this season!

Description

The Gwent League cross country season is made up of five races over the winter (October to March). You don't need to attend all the races, you can come to as many or as few as you like. Race distance is about 6km for women and 10km for men. It's off road and may be muddy. Suitable for anyone, you don't need to be fast! (but you do need to be a member of the Race Team). It's always a great atmosphere and lots of fun 😊

The fifth and final race of this season is in Swansea at Singleton Park on Sunday 1 March 2020.

More details and start times will be added here nearer the time, but typically the women's race starts around 1pm and the men's race around 3pm.

The entry fee is about £5 per person, payable on the day.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New runners are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's a place to leave bags and a toilet at the start point, all you need to do is bring your trainers. It's free to try - get involved!
