It's Tuesday so it's a group run (and walk), meeting in (and returning to) Workout on Welsh Back - gloves are normally needed it's dark now so bring a headtorch - you have been warned!
We’re lifting and shifting something somewhere. Or somewhere else.
Changing facilities, lockers and loos are available at Workout Harbourside - bring your own padlock as Workout aren’t lending them anymore. Otherwise it’s just an er. We’re meeting outside Workout unless it’s raining (then it’s inside Workout) and leave just before 6.30 so aim to arrive at 6.20
We’ll be popping into ClubHaus at Workout for a drink after the run/walk - pot of tea, pint of cider, whatever takes your fancy, plus lots of chat - lovely!
