18:30 - 19:00We'll be visiting the Cranwood Homeless Shelter for our task on Wednesday. If you fancy a run ahead of task, meet us at Wood Green Station at 6:30 for an easy 4k run - don't worry about pace, we'll run at an easy canter and won't leave anyone behind.
