Let’s get moving
If like me you have been struggling to keep motivated with your normal exercise routine why not give this full body workout a go that you can do at home at a time to suit you.
You should spend one minute on each of the following exercises and complete as many reps as you can:
Tricep Dips using a chair
Hold a Plank Position
Aim to do a rounds of the above. Please take a 30-60 second test after each round!
