I'm still on my little break from GoodGym while I recover from knee surgery, so I love to hear of the good things that are happening in my absence! I was so pleased to hear this was another Eagles task that made a huge difference.

Paul led a super six tonight as we continue to help keep Newcastle Eagles Community arena car park looking slam-dunk.

It was brilliant to hear Max was back in action tonight after so many efforts at the food bank during lockdown. I hardly recognised him without a mask! Go and give Sarah a massive cheer too, on her first GoodGym Newcastle good deed - hopefully the first of many!

You can see despite the prickles and spikes, the group really made a difference with another area cleared and tidied under a lovely toon sunset.
