It's our regular Saturday session at Thorlands! There's always lots to do and for this session we could be:
- Clearing bindweed
- Mulching
- Planting saplings or shrubs
- Adding more woodchip to the paths through the gardens
- Managing the compost pile
- Shaping shrub canopies
Thorlands Community Gardens in Camberwell offers a range of tasks for us to get involved with! There is an ongoing project to convert this half an acre site into a thriving garden for the residents and locals to love. We meet at the "Walled Garden" (precise location on what3words).
What you need to know
The lead from GoodGym may not be present to supervise the task but Simon from Thorlands will instruct you on what you need to do.
