18:30 - 20:15We will be gardening at Hearing Help Essex at Meadow View Cottage by the Army & Navy. This charity provides hearing support to the local community, and they have a lovely garden for staff and visitors that could do with a tidy up.
Tools will be provided, please bring gardening gloves if you have them.
If you've never been to GoodGym before or you've not been for a while, you'd be very welcome to join us. We run at chatty pace, we have a back marker and no-one gets behind.
Parking is available at The Old Factory Gym, and we can use the gym's toilets and lockers. Please bring a padlock if you want to use the lockers.
