The day is 11:30 until 2:30 but please drop by for as little or as long as you wish. Comment on the listing what time you’d like to come if you’d like to ensure you meet up with other goodgym folk.
Tools are provided but if the weather is hot, wear appropriate clothing and bring some snacks and a drink.
