The £1 sale is STILL ON! So Naomi House still need our help sorting through their donations and getting them out into the shop. If it's a cold and rainy day this is the perfect antidote - warmth, good humour and there's quite often a cup of tea too!!

I love combining exercise with doing good with Goodgym. Add to that, we are able to do it by the seaside and that's close to being perfect!
Sorry folks. The required building works still haven't been completed so the shop can't open this week 😔.
