If you're signed up to saw firewood with Braywick Nature Centre or to litter pick in Braywick park this evening, you might like to come a bit early for a this socially distanced fitness session.

Our workout promises to include lots of healthy exercises like squats, burpees, and laughter. All levels of fitness welcome. Spaces limited to 15 under the latest guidelines so you must sign up if you want to attend.
