Vikie, Didem and Sheila arrived at the Baby Bank this morning to see queues of people at the door either dropping off donations or collecting items requested. People were dropping off dozens of bags for their annual pyjama appeal, as well as huge quantities of clothes and toy donations. So we were straight into the thick of it, and were kept busy all morning just trying to keep some kind of order in the facility. Huge thanks to everyone who helped the team cope on this Frenetic Friday

Vikie, Mark and Sheila helped out at the Baby Bank this morning. Since they featured on 'Lorraine' earlier this week, the donations have just flooded in. They had also had a couple of corporate teams in, so we were faced with piles of clothes on the tables which had been through a first sort-through. Along with a couple of new volunteers, our task was to do a secondary sort on these piles and store them in the appropriate boxes. As we worked, more donations were coming in, so there will be plenty to do next week!

Another busy morning at the Baby Bank. Alain and Vikie helped out downstairs, packing away donations of toiletries etc, and then moving the buggies to make room for the pyjama appeal donations which are coming in thick and fast Meanwhile Sheila was upstairs doing a second check on the clothes donations, and putting some emergency referrals together. Our help was much appreciated
