Door to Door Checks for The Radio 1 Big Weekend

Luton Council and Radio 1 have asked for our help to join a team of volunteers to go from door to door on Farley Hill. The road will be closed to traffic during the weekend of the Radio 1 Big Weekend festival and the council want to make sure that all households that will be affected are aware of the arrangements. The task will be co-ordinated by Scott Eastwood, from Luton Council and you will meet him and other volunteers at the Petrol Station on Farley Hill Road opposite Stockwood Park. You will be given instructions on what information to give to residents.
Please sign up early so that I can let Scott know who will be coming as I won't be able to attend myself.
