She has recently had some help with updating her computer skills to enable her to use her email. Unfortunately this week her computer has updated and it is asking her some questions in order to continue with her email and she is not sure what to do. She mentioned update to Windows 8 and also Microsoft Edge. She needs a quick update in order to help her access her email again please.
