4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Achilles International in Islington.

Our Achilles International crew were all out for a smashing evening of running around the Emirates Stadium tonight. 8 VI runners, 3 beautiful guide dogs and an abundance of guides from Goodgym and the local running community came together to make this happen. Well done everyone!
We will be back out again for our next session at Paddington Rec Track on Thursday 5th October:
