Clearing the Roof garden at Hearsall Community Primary

Pass the smile and Hearsall Academy are developing a roof garden as a memorial garden. It needs a lot of TLC and things taking up to and down from the roof.

It will be quite a physical task. Tasks are: 1. carry bags of compost up the stairs to fill the 2 planters we left there (1 large rectangle, 1 smaller square). Number of bags TBC. 2. Carry supplied plants up stairs and plant them in the compost. 3. Carry bark chippings up the stairs and top dress planters (*this one is TBC). 4. Carry massive new pot plus compost up the stairs, then repot the massive cherry tree into a new pot. 5. Help set up automatic drip feeder from the tap, so it waters the planters and tree. Then, if time/materials available... 6. Repair trellis and bird boxes already on site. 7. Paint trellis and birdboxes. 8. Carry downstairs (to my van) anything that we need disposing of. 9. Clean up/brush afterwards.
