Christmas ChoirWithNoName Community Mission

We will be helping again the ChoirWithNoName to get prepared before The Big Christmas Singalong. This was a well received community mission that warmed-up the heart of a few Brighton GoodGym-ers last year.

GoodGym task will be helping to tidy up the space in the Corn Exchange where the choir's members will be eating after the ultimate rehearsal and before the big gig.

Let's meet at Dome at the Stage Door on the back (entrance via the Pavilion Gardens) where I will be to welcome you. IF IN DOUBT– ASK ME BEFORE (as I will be already inside the Dome).

IMPORTANT: Timing!

4:30 PM Meet me at the at Stage Door B of the Dome, where you will receive wrist bands - ie our pass to be recognised as visitors inside the Dome; Stage Door B - takes you straight into the Corn Exchange - where the choir will be gathering to eat this year.

4:45-5PM If asked, assist CWNN + Sussex Surplus volunteering staff in setting up the tables, drinks, crockery, etc. The choir will finish rehearsal at 5pm and come through to the CornExchange then (we are expecting 60 people!) .

5:00PM - 6.30PM Dinner Time - GoodGym help will be needed to smooth this process as much as possible, e.g. making sure everyone is sat at the tables, once served by Sussex Surplus, and mostly at the end of the dinner to clear all away and pack down, when the choir's members will go away to the back stage and get ready.

6:30 -7:15PM Free time until The Big Xmas Singalong.

7:30PM it is showtime!
