Care 4 Calais - Football Referee

Care4Calais is a volunteer run charity delivering essential aid and support to refugees living in the worst conditions across Northern France and Belgium. We believe in a fair and tolerant British society and advocate for a welcoming and inclusive attitude towards refugees.

Weekly football games provide a vital release for refugees, with huge physical and mental benefits, it's a beautiful escape. Covid has made their challenges even more pronounced.

This task is about the joy of movement, the joy of the game. We need people who:

• Understand the rules of football
• Fancy running around and occasionally enforcing those rules
• Are weather-proof and up for a laugh

This is an outdoor task, with ample room and fresh air, masks to be worn at your own discretion.

The three GG refs will rotate positions throughout an informal game.
