A lovely morning for helping out at Northala Juniors. We three GoodGymers turned up, took up our positions on the route, and clapped and cheered! The young people ran their two laps, some with vigour, some less so, but they came, and they ran, and that's brilliant! We'll be back next month for our regular visit to this Junior Parkrun, that's for sure!
