Litter Picker Rickers!
3 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

Tonight we had three GoodGymer's ready to do some good.
We headed to the canal via a slightly different route as the towpath is still closed, then we got about our business, collecting 2 bags of rubbish.
Once done we headed on a pleasant run along the canal, up to Millenium Point, back through Colmore Row and up the hill to 1000 Trades. A nice 5.2k completed.
Next week Miriam will be leading a GoodGym run for the first time, so please come along and join her next Tuesday :)
