About this session
Meet at Heart at 6pm for a run and then we'll head to OWLS allotments for some weeding and wood chipping.
Older, Wiser Local Seniors (OWLS) have an allotment space where their service users can go to garden, socialise & get out into the fresh air & nature.
OWLS would like GoodGym's help to ensure that the allotment is a safe space for the older service users who will use it.
If you're meeting at the allotments, be at the gates for 6.25.
From Otley road turn up St Anne's road and continue driving up to the top as the road turns right onto Batcliffe Mount the main entrance to the allotment will be on your left. Look for the large metal gates.

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Laura by email at lauracope@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 4km and 7km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
