Group runs are back!
If you’ve joined GoodGym in the past year you’ve probably not experienced a group run - this is where we meet in a spot in Ealing, run to the task together, do the task and then run back. It’s the ultimate in getting fit and doing good all in one! Now restrictions are lifted we can do this again and we’re so excited!
Tonight we will meet outside the main entrance to Elthorne Park (opposite Elthorne Park Road) at 6:45pm for a 4km run to The William Hobbayne Half Acre Field where we will be digging over the secret garden and helping with other tasks around the woodland
Please come ready to run - there is no bag storage so please only bring a bag if you’re comfortable running with it
Water - it’s very muggy at the moment!
Gloves - the gardening kind
A mask - in case we need to go inside and you’re requested to wear one
ALL paces are welcome, you can run, run/walk as needed and we’ll have a back marker so no one is left behind
If you just want to do the task and make your own way there you can meet at this pin point at 7:15pm instead - please comment below if you’re joining at the task location and not coming on the run from Elthorne Park
We’re a social bunch so after the task we often run/walk to a nearby pub to finish with a bev and some grub, we’d love you to join us! Which pub is often decided on the night.
The William Hobbayne Charity supports a variety of different projects around the Hanwell area. The tasks we can do for them vary depending on the needs across these projects.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Kash by email at kash@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 4km and 5km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
