For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Roots4Life are an amazing charity with an 8 acre site, which is home to a teaching kitchen, growing beds, orchard, trim trail, wildflower meadow and wildlife pond. It's a treat to spend some time here.
On Saturday 8 March they are running one of the first of their Community Volunteer days from 11-2pm. We will be helping to put woodchipping on the trim trail path
Please bring gardening gloves if you have them 🧤
Soup afterwards if you can stay for lunch!

We teach kids on the brink of food poverty how to grow food and cook it. we also hold community lunches and supply food banks as well as running holiday camps for children.
