Getting there

For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!

    About this session

Get Rid Of And Donate (GROAD) do amazing work making use of items donated by the public. During the session, we take in and sort donated items as well as help set up the 'Open House' for the beneficiaries of the project (vulnerable families, refugees, and people in crisis).

The task is at the Get Rid of and Donate Community Hub at St Faith's Community Centre (near North Dulwich station). The lead from GoodGym may not be present but there will be GROAD volunteers present which will instruct you on what you need to do. Come for as long as you can - any help is always appreciated. If you have signed up but can no longer make it, please let us know so we can pass this on to GROAD's volunteers.

Don’t let your rejected items end up abandoned on streets or in landfills, where they can sit disintegrating and damaging our environment. Reach out to Get Rid Of and Donate, arrange a free collection for your unwanted goods and help us be there for everyone who needs us.
