Get ready to spread some serious holiday cheer! We are heading over to the beautiful St Saviour's Church Battersea to help them transform their space ready for Christmas. It is a festive indoor task that will make a big impact for the community.
What We Are Doing
St Saviour’s is a welcoming hub on Battersea Park Road. They build connections across the local community to tackle loneliness, hosting initiatives like the Battersea Park Community Choir and Global Women friendship networks, alongside creative youth programs.
They want the interior to feel as joyful and festive as possible for the local families and residents who use the space. Our job is to help put up their Christmas decorations and several hundred metres of string lights - its time to test how organised we were when we put them away in January!
We will wrap up the task and dive straight into a fun, inclusive fitness session. Expect a mix of movement designed for all abilities to leave you feeling strong.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 5km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
