Help setup the fair which raises money for various animal charities

For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
About this session
About
The Ealing Animals Fair was started on Saturday 20th May 1978 and since then has been an annual event, usually held on the first Saturday in March.
This year is the 46th year they are conducting this fair. The purpose of the Ealing Animals Fair is to help relieve the suffering of animals throughout the world.
What we are doing
We'll help the Ealing Animal Fair organisers and stallholders set up ready for the fair:
Helping the organisers to unload their cars full of food etc early in the morning. They need to unload as quickly as possible so that others can unload their cars in the same area.
Then help the stallholders unload their items and set up their tables, if they want help.
Move other items that need to be rearranged, such as the tables.
Only lift the things you are comfortable moving around.

Saturday 7th March 8:15 am - 10:30 am
If you can only spare a few hours, feel free to drop by for however long you can!
The event itself starts at 10:30 am, so we need your help with the setup beforehand.
There is a wrap up task in the afternoon @ 4:00pm
