About this session
Tonight we will be painting at Frere Road Community Centre.
The exterior walls are need of some weeding and a fresh coat of paint. This will help to brighten up this local hub and increase its use for local community events.
Norwich City Council have provided the paint - don't wear your best gear for this task.
We'll meet at the Red Lion Bishopsgate at 6pm, or you can meet at the task at 6.30pm (Frere Road, NR7 9UT). It's approximately 2.5km each way.
Please bring your own gloves.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Ian Gostling by email at iangostling@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 5km.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
