About this session

The Rhythms of Life charity has been feeding London's rough sleepers every day for the past 15 years. This amazing homeless charity was founded by Andrew Faris, a former rough-sleeper of 6 years. Andrew always wanted to provide what he never had – nutritious food, life skills, job skills, money management, toiletries and clean clothes.

We are going to be helping with food distribution as well as collecting donations. The team arrives at The Crypt at 6.50pm.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at getinvolved@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 3km.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
