What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Michael by email at michael@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 6km.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
