Join us for our weekly group run and task.
The task this week is a gardening-type session at Belle Isle Park.
We will meet at the Phoenix on Gandy Street where we have access to a secure area for bags and belongings, as well as cycle racks if you’d prefer to cycle.
What to bring - Please bring gardening-type gloves (spares are provided though).
Note - if you are meeting us at Belle Isle Park directly, we’ll be there from approx 6:45pm. Please message session leader Craig (07902973332) if you need directions or have any issues.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at exeter@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
