For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Join us to celebrate our 10th birthday at our sponsored riverside plot.
11:00-12:00: Get involved with some GoodGym tasks: weeding, planting, watering, turning the compost, making bunting
11.30: Join an optional 10 minute fitness session, for all levels
12:00: Celebrate 10 years of keeping fit and doing good in LBRUT
Please bring a picnic lunch and something to share if you wish, a rug or folding chair if you have one, and if you're joining the task or fitness session, please dress appropriately. We have cover at the arcade so the event will go ahead in all weathers.

Happy 10th Birthday - would have loved to come to celebrate but I am away doing an Ultra Marathon that week end in Gower Peninsula. Have fun and eat loads of cake!!!!
