    About this session

Glengall Wharf Gardens are putting on a Spring fete and Sports day to fundraise for the garden and keep it open and accessible for all.

For the sports day, they need some GoodGym help!

The sports day will run all afternoon, so we’ve split it into hour long shifts:

    Set-up: 12pm - 1pm, 1pm - 2pm

    • Help register people
    • Finish setting up games
    • General marshalling

    Sports day: 2pm - 3pm, 3pm - 4pm, 4 - 5pm

    • Help run a sports day activity
    • Checking in participants (kids/adults)
    • Making sure all equipment is ready and accounted for
    • Etc.

    Take-down: 5pm - 6pm

    • Take-down of equipment
    • Shepherding people towards the evening part of the fete
