About this session
We'll meet at Heart (Assembly Bar & Kitchen) at 6pm & then run to the fields, spend an hour there & then run back. If you want to meet at the fields we'll be there around 6:20pm ish (please let me know if you're meeting us there).

What to look out for
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Laura by email at lauracope@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
